Jake Knapp, author of 'Sprint' and Jonathan Courtney, CEO of AJ&Smart get some killer advice about the Product Design process and industry! Following up from his tweet - "You can only iterate on something after it’s been released. Prior to release, you’re just making the thing. Even if you change it, you’re just making it. Iterating is when you change/improve after it’s out. So if you want to iterate, SHIP." 1. You can only iterate on a shipped product 2. Testing is not failsafe 3. Consider cost and value 4. Changing software is easy 5. The more you second-guess, the more you lose traction 6. Work in the way that works for you 7. Protect the time and attention of your team 8. Make a call and move on 9.
