Udvada Vlog | India’s Parsi Town, Irani Bakery & Authentic Parsi Food We discovered a peaceful Parsi town near Gujarat and it was so different. This small town in India feels like time has stopped. No crowd, no chaos… just calm streets, good food and peaceful vibes. From Irani bakery to authentic Parsi food… Udvada surprised us. In today’s vlog, we travel from Daman to Udvada, a small and peaceful Parsi town in Gujarat, also known as the sleepy town of India 🌿 We reached Udvada by road and stayed at a simple, clean and quiet hotel. Soon after, we visited a local Irani bakery — Udvada Bakers, where we enjoyed delicious snacks like cold coffee, bun maska, Lotus Biscoff cheesecake, mawa cake and Pringles ☕🍰 Instead of a full meal, we enjoyed these bakery treats and relaxed before exploring the town. In the evening, we visited the famous Iranshah Atash Behram (Parsi Fire Temple). Non-Parsis are not allowed inside, but the place felt extremely peaceful from outside. We then explored the Zoroastrian Museum, where we learned about Parsi culture, traditions, migration to India and their lifestyle. Later, we visited Udvada Beach, which was calm, windy and perfect to relax 🌊 For dinner, we went to Café Farohar to try authentic Parsi food, including: Sizzling Prawns Chicken Farcha Patrani Macchi Kheema Pav The food was absolutely delicious! The next morning, before heading back to Mumbai, we bought bakery items like chicken puffs, pav, mini samosas, khari and jeera butter. On our way back, we also stopped to buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the highway and took a halt at Parsi Dairy Farm, where we had veg biryani and enjoyed watching ducks 🦆 This vlog is all about slow travel, culture, food and peaceful moments.
