Ailian He, the fortune teller in the blue dress is a really fun girl. She quickly falls in love with Ryo and doesn't hestitate to tell him what she feels. She even gets jealous and warns Ryo about other girls. You get these readings at pure random. Just visit her enough times and she'll eventually fall in love with Ryo. The other reading follow randomly. I had to play until Kowloon in order to get the last one. Even after dozends of tries she didn't tell Ryo that one in Aberbeen or Wan Chai.
