However, if we are calm enough to reflect, we will realize that everything is impermanent. Because of impermanence, after suffering comes happiness, after failure comes success, and instability will eventually return. As the Buddha once said: "All things are impermanent" - meaning that all phenomena and things in the world do not remain in one state, do not exist forever, but are always in constant change. Therefore, when we believe in the impermanence of life and are ready to accept everything that comes and goes, gains and losses, successes and failures, we will find peace amidst constant change, maintain a steadfast mind in the face of all transformations, and be ready to allow ourselves to create extraordinary things from small, ordinary matters.
