What do these ancient markings mean? [S7E8]

Caroline and I head into the Utah wilderness riding our trusty steed, Silver while towing the new Xpedition Voyager trailer. After sharing some "real life" parts of our journey, we discover enigmatic markings on these red canyons walls while traversing the trails in search for the perfect camping spot. We put our sleep-inside trailer to the test while sheltering from the frigid weather and took our chance to try cooking in the warm space, cozy space while the wind whipped outside. We even experiment with making popcorn with a backpacking stove! Our peaceful adventure becomes a nail biter as the trail conditions degrade and sugar snow begins to slow our progress.
