We'd postponed our trip for a week because of the storms that were brewing, and we managed to hit a good weather window. The weather wasn't exactly summer-like, but it was pleasant! I didn't find a place to sleep until it was 3:00 PM every day. I checked apps that show such spots in the wild, but everything was at least 40 km away, making them suitable for trips where you plan your camping. I wanted to avoid that, and in the end, I ended up scrolling through Google Maps and driving to the lakes from back roads. I think I'll be changing my motorcycle to something more suitable for off-road riding. The ST 1100 is a great machine, but I have all the systems and the weight is almost 300 kg. With two people loaded, the weight took its toll, but it was manageable. The tires are also asphalt, and you could feel the sand. They didn't pick up any sand, just kept spinning, so it was hard to get into the woods, but it worked out. This is my first video in this format, so please give me constructive feedback on what's missing, what could be improved, and what to improve. I read all the comments, so I'll try to draw conclusions. I'd like to continue the channel in this direction, focusing on motorcycle touring, but presented a bit differently.
