Gluten Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins! (Easy Freezer-Friendly Breakfast) | Gluten Free Runner

Hey all! Today's recipe is gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip muffins - one of my favorite breakfasts (or just snack really!). This makes a big batch, so it's amazing for the freezer - that way it's ready whenever you are and you don't have to worry about them going bad or not finishing them soon enough. Here are the ingredients: -3.5 cups GF 1:1 flour (I used this one: https://amzn.to/4xNXIs0) -2.5 tsp baking soda -cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, salt, vanilla etc. to taste -1/2 cup milk -4 eggs -3/4 cup oil -1 can pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling) -1 cup honey -chocolate chips!!
