C6 ls2 corvette engine lifter noise and misfire

Checking for engine lifter noise and misfire in 2005 c6 corvette. I found loose rocker bolt that was unrelated to the noise. Did some disassembly and inspection to come to the conclusion of vehicle needing to return for the full engine rebuild later.
