ÉDUCATION : 70 ANS DE L'INSTITUTION SAINTE FAMILLE

L’Institution Sainte Famille de Mahamasina à Antananarivo vient de fêter ces 70 ans, une école Catholique de 1.800 élèves faisant parti des Frères des Ecoles Chrétiennes initié par le français Saint Jean-Baptiste de La Salle en 1680. A cette occasion, une messe a été célébrée puis une stèle et plusieurs salles ont été inaugurées avec à la fin une grande fête avec la participation des enfants et de leurs familles. Notons qu’ils disposent depuis des décennies d’un atelier très renommé et reconnu de fabrication de meubles. A Madagascar, leur communauté de laïcs et celle des Religieux Frères gèrent déjà plusieurs établissements dans toute l’île allant de l’Enseignement Général à la Formation Technique. L’éducation complète et la spiritualité qu’ils dispensent feront de nos jeunes des modèles pour l’Eglise mais aussi pour notre Pays.
