Then add some milk in it and grind them again. Take out the batter in a big bowl, put some Baking Soda in it and mix it. Take some small steel bowls, grease them with oil and put the Cake Batter in the bowls. Keep the Pressure Cooker on the flame for preheating it on high flame. Then put the steel bowls in it and cover it. Bake the cupcakes in it on a slow flame for 25-30 mins. In this way, Cupcakes will get ready so easily at home.
