Today, we are tackling the Tamiya 1/24 Porsche 911 GT3 RS. This is such a classic kit, but we’re taking it to the next level with a full upgrade sheet from ScaleLab 24. In this video, I’ll walk you through: The Chassis: Cleaning up the parts for a perfect Tamiya fit. Custom Brake Discs: Using soldering paste and a torch for a realistic metal finish. The Interior: Adding realistic "carpet" with wood glue and flocking, plus photo-etch details. The Paint Job: Using the new Gaahleri Advanced Seeker airbrush and Kaleido Flame Orange for that popping finish. The Final Polish: Hand-polishing through three grades of Tamiya compound for a mirror shine. I’ll show you every step, including how I use Gravity Colors "Focus" for realistic three-stage seat painting. No shortcuts here—just pure modeling!
