Conferencia inaugural “Revolución Cuántica”
Fundación Telefónica has inaugurated the exhibition "Quantum Revolution," a gathering focused on the technology that is transforming our reality. The exhibition was presented by Santiago Bustamante, director of the Radio 3 program "Fallo de Sistema." Participants included Isabel Salazar, Director General of Fundación Telefónica; Sonia Fernández-Vidal, curator of the exhibition; Fernando Cucchietti, head of the Data Analysis and Visualization group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center; and María Brancós, head of exhibitions at Fundación Telefónica. The closing remarks were delivered by Juan Cruz Cigudosa, Secretary of State for Science. With this exhibition, the Foundation reaffirms its commitment to scientific outreach. Structured in five sections, the exhibition invites visitors to understand the impact of quantum physics and computing on everyday life. It can be visited free of charge until October 11 at Espacio Fundación Telefónica, thanks to the collaboration of the BSC, FECYT, INFN, and CCCB.
