[LOST MEDIA] Crying... Silicon Tears (2001) original English Subtitles FOUND!

In case you want to enjoy one of the best greek comedy movies and don't understand greek, here's the subbed version of Crying... Silicon Tears. The movie was made in 2001 by Michalis Reppas and Thanassis Papathanasiou, initially not a huge success but it amassed a huge cult following, especially in the old greek movie fandom, and the queer community. And greek moms. It's making light of the tropes of older greek movies (around the 50's and 60's), without naming them and in a tasteful way. The movie itself IS NOT lost media. You can actually find it in HD quality around the YouTube. But the english subs ARE. They were exclusive for the limited DVD release in the US, UK and Australia where the movie wasn't understood much, because many of the referenced material weren't available to the audiences there. So not many these DVDs or their rips survived, along with the subtitles. So, here we are. Yet nother upload of Κλάμα, but this time, your international friends who might happen to have seen a couple of greek movies from the 60's can enjoy it. And for us to lament how terribly the jokes translate in english. 🤣
