That Ticklin' Rag by Mike Bernard (1910)

Mike Bernard (born Michael Barnet Brown) was a career pianist who won the title "Ragtime King" by his phenomenal ragtime piano playing. He also composed occasionally, mostly ragtime pieces. He was a musical child prodigy from New York City. a trained classical pianist who became a vaudeville performer. He toured extensively and was married three times. Even after ragtime's decline he was still performing it and still able to make a living into the 1930s. He died in 1936 at the age of 61. "That Ticklin' Rag" was one of two rags he composed in 1910 and was published by Charles K. Harris in New York City.
