There are also a variety of classes to choose from. You start the game as an Intern, but as you earn animal coins, you can buy new roles, such as Nurse, Secretary, Surgeon, and Doctor. Each role comes with its own unique character skin and abilities. Some roles, like Secret Agent, cost robux. Anomalies roam the hospital that can attack and hunt patients, visitors, and players. Some of the anomalies you can face are shapeshifters, bed monsters, ghosts, and stalkers. It’s your job to keep the hospital safe, the patients well, and the anomalies to a minimum.
