Episode 1: of Courtney Like the Anna Nicole Smith reality TV show, "Courtney" follows the life of Courtney Stodden, an American media personality, blonde sex symbol, party girl, famous wife, and singer-songwriter. Courtney came to international fame when in 2011 she married 43-year-old LOST actor Doug Hutchison. She was only 16 years old at the time. Her rise to fame led to her starring in Celebrity Big Brother on CBS, Couples Therapy on VH1 as well as being on the Lifetime series The Mother-Daughter Experiment and as a guest on Dr. Phil, The View and Anderson Cooper 360. "Courtney" will focus on Courtney Stodden as she deals with her past overnight fame and faces new challenges as she tries to reinvent herself after her high-profile divorce. The show will chronicle her progress as she mounts major obstacles through therapy, substance abuse, and her newfound musical talent. The viewers will meet her unique and equally crazy family and friends who build her up and tear her down as she attempts to open a new chapter in her life amid tension and a constant tornado of drama. Courtney is now on her own self-discovery path to find and tell her own truth to the world through our reality series, "Courtney," where you see her coping with past experiences from her overnight fame, her high profile divorce, therapy, and substance abuse.
