Tiganites (Greek Pancakes)

E161: Tiganites look like mini pancakes but they’re thin and crisp on the outside, and tender on the inside. Instead of syrup, we drizzle them with thyme honey and dust with cinnamon, then sprinkle with nuts and sesame. You can also top these with Greek yogurt and fruit.
