Cavan Town St Patrick's Day Parade 2023

The Cavan Town St. Patrick's Day Parade took place today with a mixture of light showers and sunshine. The inclement weather didn't dampen the spirit of the large crowd who assembled at the various viewing points along the route. Political, Religious, Local Authority and Public Service personnel were on the viewing stand adjacent to the Market Square. The Grand Marshall was Dancing with The Stars participant Kevin McGahern who was joined by his partner Laura Nolan. Paul Cox was MC and created a great atmosphere among the participants and viewers alike. Áine Duffy presented the Live Link on Cavantv.com and Cavan Television Ireland on Facebook. There was a very positive response from around the globe from the online viewers.
