CD4011BE NAND Gate IC

The CD4011 NAND gates are an addition to the family of CMOS gates that give the system designer a direct implementation of the NAND function. Buffering is used for both inputs and outputs. In addition to 14-lead ceramic dual-in-line packages with an F3A suffix, 14-lead dual-in-line plastic packages with an E suffix, 14-lead small-outline packages with M, MT, M96, and NSR suffixes, and 14-lead thin shrink small-outline packages with PWR suffix are also available for the CD4011 type. The CD4011 type is also available in PW-suffixed 14-lead thin shrink small-outline packages.
