I took advantage of the 50% off sale for Regime Superman and purchased all seven promotions while on vacation. Heat Vision had one upgrade, so the first upgrade adds about 11% Damage, Heat Vision also does 50% less damage than the tooltip states. Regime Superman is a cross between Red Son Superman and Red Son Wonder Woman, having the same Health as Red Son Superman(1,000), and the same Damage as Red Son Wonder Woman(900) Team Damage Boost and Super Strength DO NOT STACK, I have done several battles to verify this. They will actually cancel each other out as they both have the same effect. You will still benefit by using Animated Harley Quinn(20% Damage, 20% Power Generation), and Batman's passive Damage Boost still works.
