How Tattoo Removal Works

Joshua Weitz, MD turns to the white board to help him explain it in detail. It's laser science so it's pretty complicated but we'll do our best to explain it as simply as we can. The short answer is that the laser hits the ink in your tattoo. Amazingly because of its wavelength it completely avoids your skin while it does this. When it hits the ink, it breaks the ink particles into smaller and smaller pieces. Once they're small enough to be taken away naturally by your body the tattoo will begin to fade. We repeat this until all removable ink has gone. On average this can take between 8 and 12 sessions. See we told you it would be simple :) Get a free estimate: https://removery.com/get-removal-esti... Learn more about tattoo removal: https://removery.com/tattoo-removal/h...
