Tips on Avoiding Carpal Tunnel for Mouse Users
In this video, we talk about the proper mousing posture and introduce you to the vertical mouse. I also include a little blooper at the end as a request from some of my friends...enjoy! :) Here are the show notes: Proper posture is with your hands by your side (palm facing towards your body). Traditional mice forces your hand into an awkward posture (palm facing down). To obtain a neutral mousing posture, you'll want to consider using a vertical mouse, like the 3M EM550 - https://amzn.to/2Wxa5K2 Tip # 1: Give it some time to get used to using a vertical mouse. It will take at least 1-week to get used to the vertical mouse. Tip # 2: If you do make a switch from traditional mice to a vertical mouse, consider switching during a downtime in your business so that you can slowly get used to it without stressing about it.
