GANG MEMBER strikes police officer with KIA - ARKANSAS STATE POLICE PIT "Gudda Boy Gang" into pole

Another channel posted the video from NLRPD showing the officer being struck. I'm not going to re-post. The links are below as well as the narrative from a NLR Patrolman. NLR Traffic Stop (shows Officer being struck, viewer discretion advised):    • GBG (Gudda Boy Gang) Member STRIKES OFFICE...   Arrest and Aftermath:    • Video   On 08/11/2022, at approximately 12:45 hours I observed Montrell Jones entering the Exxon gas station at 3800 Camp Robinson. I observed Jones notice my presence and he quickly put the hood of his hoodie on in an attempt to conceal his face. I know Jones to be a GBG "Gudda Boy Gang" gang member, sells narcotics, and commonly possesses firearms. I have arrested Jones previously with a firearm and I know he is a convicted felon on probation and is currently out on pre-trial release for a federal indictment for possession of a firearm by certain person. I observed a black Kia Optima displaying Arkansas license plate 029ZON parked near the front door and it appeared that it was the vehicle he exited. The Kia showed to have unconfirmed insurance. A run of the license plate showed it to return to the same address listed on his drivers license. For a short time I lost visual of the vehicle after it left the gas station. I then observed the Kia backing out of 1004 W 41st. I know Jayvion Bryant to live at the address and he is another known GBG gang member. I conducted a traffic stop on the Kia and near Doyle Venable and Pike. Jones continued driving a short ways south on Pike, but then stopped on W 35th near Pike. Officer Moyster and Officer Stewart blocked the Kia in, in an effort to prevent a pursuit. Jones has previously fled from officers. I approached the Kia from the passenger side and could smell the strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. I could not understand what Jones was saying, but it appeared he was being uncooperative with Officer Moyster and Officer Stewart. I observed Officer Moyster and Officer Stewart attempt to take Jones out the vehicle. I observed Jones put the Kia in reverse and back up a short distance and then put the Kia in drive. I observed Jones take off quickly dragging Officer Stewart and slamming him into the passenger front side of Officer Moyster's patrol car. I observed Officer Stewart hit the patrol car so hard he flipped over the hood...
