A simple, wholesome, and preservative-free recipe, also perfect as a homemade gift. ⸻ 🧾 Ingredients • 1 kg lemons (weighed clean, pulp only) • 500 g sugar • 1 apple ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Method 1️⃣ Wash the lemons thoroughly. 2️⃣ Remove the peel and white pith completely, removing the filaments and seeds. 3️⃣ Cut the lemon pulp into small pieces. 4️⃣ Place the lemons in a bowl, add the sugar, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. 5️⃣ Peel the apple and cut it into pieces. 6️⃣ Transfer the lemons and apple to a saucepan and place on the stove. 7️⃣ Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8️⃣ Blend for a smooth jam or leave it rustic, as desired. 9️⃣ Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, seal, and invert to vacuum seal. 🔟 Let it cool completely. ⸻ 🍯 Result A delicate, fragrant, and not bitter lemon jam, perfect on bread, toast, yogurt, or as a filling for homemade desserts. #jam #flavorexplosion #lemons
