Meditative slowstitch for self care

Using hand stitching and precious scraps of cloth, create a Slowstitch coverlet with me through the year, suitable for absolute beginners and more experienced stitchers. A journal cloth, for and about yourself. We will create a section each month and join as we go. The projects can also be used individually so don't worry if you join us late.
