Local residents are starting to protest about this and blame tourists - they say, we don't need gastronomic tourism here, we don't need to attract people to the region, all this PR only brings harm and nothing more. Wait, but what do tourists have to do with it? How many scallops and oysters will rare travelers catch for the sake of interest? And how many do local poachers get for money? These things are completely incomparable. All these delicacies are freely sold in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - does anyone even control the route they take to the shelves? Again, we have everything going to extremes and the ass: instead of establishing proper supervision and control, let's ban everything and keep it a secret...
