Panel Discussion - 1966 through 1992

No doubt, anyone who is even slightly familiar with the history of The Church of God has heard of the Solemn Assembly, but what about the events which preceded this glorious time of deliverance? What caused it? Why was it necessary? Today, Jacob Anders, Victory Leaders Band Coordinator of North Carolina, moderates a two-hour discussion with four panelists (Ray Dupre, Donnie Estep, Deborah Perkins, and Vicki Smith) who lived through and experienced these historic events firsthand. It is our hope and prayer that you will enjoy this discussion as we remember the events and experiences from 1966 through May of 1993 which necessitated the Solemn Assembly of July 1993, and don’t forget – even through the difficult and trying times, God’s hand was upon His Church and He would deliver them!
