guided meditation tapes are usually hit or miss ~ they can be useful and all, but music-wise it's often something very generic. and when the music is actually good, it's often hard to find it separately from the narration. that's why the best are tapes where guided meditation takes only one side and side B is music-only. this tape is like this and its musical part is very good, so i've decided to upload it, putting the B side first in the video. if you know german and want to do "Active Relaxation", then you can proceed to side A as well, i'm pretty sure it's good, at least the voice sounds pleasant.
