Psychedelics are re-emerging as powerful catalysts for transformation, capable of shifting perceptions, relationships, and imaginations. Acting as "seeds" that dissolve internal rigidities and activate new connections, they foster a vision of care as a cultivation process. The talk explores their clinical and cultural effects, proposing mental health as an ecosystem and inviting us to rethink the mind, care, and future coexistence. He has worked for years in emergency settings and war zones, providing mental health care to refugees and populations affected by complex emergencies. He has been working at the Mental Health Department of the Bari Local Health Authority for a decade. Founder of the Uniti alla Meta social rehabilitation project (Atipici Rugby Bari) and the National Integrated Rugby Network, he created EUTOPIA (integrated low-threshold care services), and is co-founder and President of the Italian Society of Psychedelic Medicine (SIMEPSI). He specializes in integrating psychedelic experiences, harm reduction, and multilevel care, from a perspective that integrates body, mind, and relationships.
