Schilddrüsenunterfunktion? Wichtige Nährstoffe die oft fehlen und die Folgen für Ihre Gesundheit!
⏩ First inform yourself, then supplement: Feel free to take a look at my guides https://bit.ly/RatgeberHowTo ✅ ❎ 100% independent ❎ 100% study-based ❎ 100% medically accurate #hypothyroidism #nutrients #dietarysupplements #supplements After diabetes, hypothyroidism is the most common endocrine disease in adults; almost one in ten is affected. Hypothyroidism can usually be treated well with a hormone tablet, L-thyroxine. However, symptoms can worsen if important nutrients are missing. Before we look at these nutrients, I'll briefly explain what hypothyroidism actually is. And whether you even need dietary supplements, you'll also find out now. What is hypothyroidism? With hypothyroidism, too few thyroid hormones are produced in the thyroid gland. The result, roughly speaking, is a slowing of bodily functions. Hypothyroidism can occur due to various pre-existing thyroid conditions or even be congenital. The consequences of such hypothyroidism include, for example, a reduced basal metabolic rate, lack of energy and motivation, and fatigue. And these symptoms can worsen if you have too little or even a deficiency of certain nutrients. I explain which nutrients these are in the video. Many people take supplements without even knowing what they contain or how much is medically correct. Hypothyroidism Nutrient #1: Selenium Selenium is a trace element and, as part of enzymes, is involved in many reactions in the body. It is present in large quantities in the thyroid. These enzymes are crucial in the production of thyroid hormones and convert, for example, thyroxine into triiodothyronine. Hypothyroidism Nutrient #2: Iodine Iodine is probably the nutrient you thought of first. Logically, the thyroid needs iodine to produce thyroid hormones; it can't function without it. Hypothyroidism Nutrient #3: Iron Iron is a substance you may not have immediately considered when thinking about the thyroid, because you tend to associate iron with blood formation. However, iron is also involved in the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Hypothyroidism Nutrient #4: Vitamin A A vitamin A deficiency increases the release of TSH and thus goiter growth, as a certain gene is less inhibited when there is too little vitamin A. In Germany, however, vitamin A deficiency is very rare, and in those cases, diseases are usually responsible, such as Crohn's disease. Now you know four important nutrients for hypothyroidism, but there are of course several others that can influence your hypothyroidism. However, if you pay attention to an adequate nutrient intake, you have already taken an important step.
