The process and the cutting off ceremony of Dame Elizabeth Blackadder's 30th tapestry: Flower and Black Cat. Woven at Dovecot Studios by Emma Jo Webster. Artist Alberta Whittle helped cut off the loom and Director Celia Joicey gave a speech.
