Hey! Welcome back, I'm your gal Andrea Michelle and I'm psyched to get you into a non-stop, full-body strength workout... My favorite kind of workout! Here, my goal is to hit it all. Grab your Bala Power Ring* and let's get into a full-body strength circuit - We'll hit shoulders, thighs, glutes, arms, chest, back & of course ABs! *You can opt to use a dumbbell, the Power Ring is 10lbs. 30 seconds on, 10 seconds of rest to prepare for the next set.
