If you want to exchange an item, you have to pay *₹100 as an exchange fee, and even then, they allow *only one exchange per order*. This is quite inconvenient, especially when shopping for clothing where size and fit can vary. The worst part? No customer support If you have any issues, there's no one to assist you. This lack of service makes it frustrating if you receive a defective or wrong item. Overall, *LittleBox*might have stylish pieces, but their rigid policies and poor customer service make it a risky choice for online shopping.
