The waiting season is layered with so much honest feelings, and we could unpack this for decades to come. The Lord sees them all. I hope this planted a seed in your heart that choosing surrender is choosing to trust God and his Sovereignty. He is God and knows us better than we know ourselves. When we choose to trust in him and his timing, he fills us up with his hope. When fear and anxiety rules in our hearts, it becomes the biggest open door for the enemy to implant even bigger fears and doubt. When we let anxiety dictate to us then we have forgotten the sovereignty and grace of God. Friend, we serve a God who has perfect wisdom and authority.
