Sidney "Pops" Bechet is heard hear for the first time playing with a group under his musical diection. His ability as composor, soloist and musician all shine through this tune and the three other Bechet compositions all recorded the same day ie Blackstick; and When the sun sets down south (Southern Sunset); and Sweet patootie (Patunia) - OK OK I am uploading them all today tooooo.
