The secret to delicious curry | How to make Beef Curry for beginners

This is a family favourite recipe that my entire family enjoys (this curry I filmed was requested by my mother for mothers day) It's simple, easy, and of course delicious :) Ingredients are: 1/2 cup oil 1 onion 4 garlic cloves 1/2 tablespoon tumeric 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 tablespoon coriander powder 2 small tomatoes knob of ginger chilli pepper (optional) 1/2 cup water (to cook tomatoes) + water to cook meat 1 kg beef brisket salt & pepper to taste 1/2 coconut cream 2 bay leaves 2 large carrots 6 medium-sized potatoes 2 spring onions *The secret to the perfect curry is to cook on low heat until the meat is very tender and the sauce is thick*
