The passage of the storm through the Canary Islands has raised the alert level to orange (significant risk) for rain, snow, wind, adverse weather conditions, and storms across the archipelago, according to the State Meteorological Agency. More than 300 incidents have been recorded in the province of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, according to the regional department. In Gáldar, strong waves reached some homes, and residents had to be evacuated. Similar incidents occurred on El Hierro.
