Schip Bergstraum komt dichtbij Spijkenisserbrug en ander vaartuig

On 24th of april a ship hits almost the bridge, after the bridge didn't raise the deck cause of a malfunction. The pilot on the ship turns the ship around and get almost hit by another ship on the other half of the river. The pilot puls back the ship and finishes the turn. Ship: Bergstraum, bridge: Spijkenisserbrug (on the south of Rotterdam)
