I have shown very clearly how to make this homemade pineapple drink, what ingredients are needed. No yeast or chemicals are needed to make this pineapple beer. Nature itself makes it. Ingredients.. One pineapple A quarter cup of jaggery 2 liters of water A few cloves Three cinnamon sticks Precautions.. Do not use a metal container to make the drink. Use a glass jar or.. a food grade plastic jar. Do not put the lid on the jar tightly. It should be kept airtight. If you keep it tightly, there is a risk of gas formation and explosion. Open it twice a day and mix it. How to make it.. This is not a recipe. Science. How pineapple beer is made. The jaggery put in the bottle is eaten by the bacteria called yeast on the pineapple skins and reproduces. Thus, it becomes fizzy and alcohol. If bubbles appear, it will be known that fermentation is taking place. Its smell is sweet and light funky. The natural probiotics present in it are very good for gut health. It takes three days to make. The steps are as follows.. This drink will become light after 24 hours. After 48 hours it will be perfectly balanced.
