HFC Lunch and Learn Session 3 - Audit Report Requirements Continued

Multifamily Compliance hosted a Spring "Lunch and Learn" series focused on Housing Finance Corporation Compliance Monitoring covering, Title 10 of the Texas Administrative Code Chapter 10 Subchapter J Rule §10.1201-10.1207. The series provides an overview of the HFC rule and the compliance requirements. Each session takes a focused look at a key topic within the rule. The webinars were conducted weekly in bite-sized, topic-driven sessions. All recordings and handouts will be posted to the Department's website following the conclusion of the series and will be available for further review. This session of the series discussed Audit Report Requirements Continued: covering equitable unit finishes, income and rent restrictions, Housing Choice Voucher requirements, lease tenant protections, and the rent reduction public benefit test under §10.1204(3).
