Shikha and Abhinay are madly in love with each other. While Shikha comes from a middle class family, Abhinay belongs to a rich business family. When Shikha calls Abhinay home to meet her parents, her Mom's over intrusive questions regarding Abhinay's wealth and his family creates a doubt in his mind whether Shikha really loves him or is she interested in his money. When Abhinay confronts Shikha regarding the same issue, Shikha loses her cool and the argument leads to a huge misunderstanding and eventually, they break up. However, they can't forget each other and keep waiting for the other to patch up. When things get out of control Shikha's sister Manali and Abhinay's cousin Dhruv decide that they have to step in and help the two get rid of this ego battle and reunite them.
