For the recording and mixing of the track, Vintage King worked at the Scramble Shack with the Detroit-based band Kind Beast. The band was tracked using two Apollo x8p | Gen 2 with an Apollo x4 | Gen 2 used as a monitor controller, and each source was miked with a Universal Audio microphone. During the tracking session, engineer Bryan Reilly used only plug-ins from the new Essential+ bundle that comes with every interface.
