The Mandalorian & Grogu Review... Is Star Wars Finally Back?

Hello and welcome to Swarm of Comics! Bronze-Age Bill joins me as we head to the theater to check out The Mandalorian & Grogu and give our honest, completely unbiased, definitely-not-arguing-in-the-car-on-the-way-home review of the latest Star Wars movie. We talk about what worked, what didn’t, what made us feel like kids again, and whether Star Wars can ever truly escape the shadow of the original trilogy. Along the way, we go off on plenty of tangents about growing up with Star Wars, the current state of the franchise, Disney-era highs and lows, and the kind of nerdy debates that probably should have stayed in the parking lot after the movie ended. Was this the Star Wars comeback we’ve been waiting for? Or are we still chasing the feeling of seeing lightsabers for the first time as kids? There’s only one way to find out.
