The perfect Lynyrd Skynyrd guitar sound is achieved with a Peavey Mace 320T head. Unfortunately they are extremely hard to acquire. This presents a challenge for the die hard Skynyrd fans who want to get that perfect Skynyrd sound. As a die Lynyrd Skynyrd, I know how impossible it is to find a Peavey Mace (especially the Skynyrd model). I sought out to recreate the perfect Peavey Mace sound using actual samples from the exact guitar amp Lynyrd Skynyrd used.
