This trip was to Nagatoro Gorge in Chichibu! The river with its rock formations is right in front of you, and I think it would be amazing to stay there during the summer fireworks display! Recommended points: The terrace is spacious, allowing you to relax and enjoy the sound of the river while gazing at the stars! (You can even have a drink!) The room is spacious and clean, and the open-air bath is great! The amenities are excellent, and the towels are high-quality Imabari towels! The hairdryer is also good! The Japanese-style kotatsu is the best! Every item, including the furniture, is cute! The three-piece sake tasting set is reasonably priced! Late check-in at 2 PM ♪ Long stay with an 11 AM check-out! The provided flashlight is incredibly useful! Points of concern: The staff's attitude at check-in made me uneasy about my stay. Were they angry? Or just in a bad mood? Is this place okay? lol The signal is terrible (Wi-Fi is practically unusable) They were vacuuming the hallway even after check-in time. My girlfriend had to wait about 10 minutes because the public bath was being cleaned during its operating hours. Lots of noise from children running around came in through the ceiling both morning and night—are the walls thin? They thoughtfully put a cover on the car's windshield at night to prevent frost, but the hood was dirty (´；ω；`) I wish they had been more careful not to drag it on the hood when removing it. The bath faucet was left at a position where the water was too hot, beyond the safety stopper, which was dangerous. The food wasn't particularly impressive (the appetizer at dinner was delicious ♡) Number of guests: 2 people per room (2 adults) Total price: 55,000 yen (including tax) My subjective satisfaction score for this accommodation is! 66 points! This room isn't equipped with an open-air bath, but it's reasonably priced and recommended for families!
