🌽Corn muffin🌽 Makes 6 pieces (I used 7 pieces in the video, but 6 pieces seems to be just right 😊) ・Butter 70g ・Sugar 20g ・1 egg ・Milk 70ml ◎120g all-purpose flour (weak flour is also acceptable) ◎Baking powder 1 teaspoon ◎Salt 1/4 teaspoon ◎A little black pepper ・1 piece of corn (shape the corn with a knife) Remove butter, eggs, and milk from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 1. Add sugar to room temperature butter and mix with a whisk until it becomes whitish. 2. Add eggs and milk and mix well. 3. Add ◎ and mix gently with a rubber spatula. 4. Add corn and mix. 5. Pour the batter into the muffin tin. 6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes I would be happy if you could try it during the delicious season of corn 😋
