Do you want me to love you? Do you want me to give you a gift? Do you want me to teach you ten qualities (character)? If you do, God will forgive your sins; the first and the last sins, the old and the new sins, the unintentional and the intentional sins, the small and the big sins, the secret and open sins, ten kinds (sins). You pray four rak'ahs. At each rak'ah you recite al-Fatihah and one surah (of the Quran). If you have finished reciting (the surah) at the beginning of the rak'ah, while you are still standing, you recite, 'Subhanallah, walhamdulillah, wala ilaaha illa Allah, wallahu akbar' 15 times. Then bow, then you recite that (dhikr) 10 times. Then you raise your head from bowing, then you recite that (dhikr) 10 times. Then you descend into prostration, when you prostrate you recite that (dhikr) 10 times. Then you raise your head from prostration, then you recite that (dhikr) 10 times. Then you prostrate, then you recite that (dhikr) 10 times. Then you raise your head, then you recite that (dhikr) 10 times. So that is 75 (dhikr) in each rak'ah. You do that in four rak'ahs. If you are able to do it once every day, then do it! If you do not do it, then (do it) every month once! If not, then (do) once every year!
