LET'S BUILD AN NDAA FPV DRONE | Episode 1: Introduction, Parts List, and Frame Assembly...

Building an FPV drone can be a daunting task. Finding the right mix of parts to achieve the type of flight you want is as much an art as it is a science and if you don't strike the balance just right, you can end up with something that flies in a less than satisfactory manner or even be downright dangerous to fly. While I'm no Joshua Bardwell, I have been flying and building FPV drones for approximately 2 years now and have learned a thing or two I'm excited to pass on to you. When I sat down to outline this series of videos, I decided to double-down on sharing new information and perspectives by making this an NDAA-compliant FPV drone build. Yes, I know, NDAA is not a popular concept and make no mistake about it: I'm not excited about the nuances of NDAA25 and what it means for the American drone industry. But I'd be lying if I didn't say that NDAA standards did create an interesting enough challenge for me to take on with this build. Whether or not you go the NDAA route with me, this will be a "quick-and-dirty" drone build series that will be great for any beginner builder looking to assemble their first FPV drone.
