Former Senate President Franklin Drilon is not surprised that Senator-judge Robin Padilla is not happy with the Senate impeachment court's decision to issue a subpoena for VP Sara Duterte’s bank records, saying Padilla will not vote for conviction. “Natural na di sang-ayon dahil sa hindi naman siya boboto for conviction. Maliwanag naman po yan,” he said. Drilon said some of the senator-judges are becoming more conscious that there is too much time spent on debate, which is delaying the impeachment trial.
