Disgaea 5 Review: Destroying Villages With A Button Press

Start to finish, a pure hit of dopamine that's sure to please. I figure some might be expecting some criticisms but I wound up not agreeing with a lot of common critiques of the gameplay. Initially when I started writing the review, sure, but I clocked a lot of hours in and ended up seeing this game for what it really is. It has a lot of hidden depth and the inability to see it at first can be frustrating. There's a sense of "Are these really my only options?" but it gets better provided you can piece everything together. I guess my only real complaints are that the game isn't completely open about it's gameplay loop. I love this game, so if you've slept in it, definitely check it out.
